About Me
Brynna Paros is a flutist and educator based in Johnson City, Tennessee. She recently earned her Doctor of Musical Arts and Master of Music degrees in Flute Performance and Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in flute performance and psychology from the University of Oregon. She will join the faculty at East Tennessee State University as Assistant Professor of Flute in Fall 2025.

Originally from a small town in rural Washington State, Brynna brings a deep love of community and curiosity to everything she does. She’s especially passionate about helping young musicians find their voice, build confidence, and discover the joy of making music.
